How and when you are charged
All prices are shown and billed in pounds sterling (GBP), and the price on the product page is the price you pay. The full order amount is captured at the moment you place your order, not when the package ships. Your bank may briefly show a pre-authorisation before the final charge settles, which is a routine part of the process and not a duplicate charge. If you ever see two entries for the same order on your statement, one of them is that temporary hold and it drops off on its own within a few business days.

What you see is what you pay
Every price on this store is shown in pounds sterling and already includes any applicable taxes. Shipping within the United Kingdom is free, so the total at checkout is the price on the product page. We add no handling fees, no surcharges and no order-protection extras.

Secure checkout
Every transaction is processed over an encrypted SSL connection, and we work only with established payment providers. Your card details go directly to the payment provider and are never stored on our own servers, so there is no card data on our side to lose.

Trouble at checkout?
If a payment will not go through, start by checking that the card number, expiry date and billing address match your bank's records exactly, since a mismatch is the most common cause.
