We have kept shipping simple, predictable and free of surprises, so your order reaches you the way you would expect it to.

Free delivery across the United Kingdom

We cover every delivery cost within the UK, so there is nothing extra waiting for you at checkout. For now, delivery is limited to the United Kingdom, and every order is prepared with care before it leaves us.

Delivery times

Processing time: orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days before dispatch. Transit time: once the parcel is on its way, reckon on another 3 to 7 business days. Total delivery time: most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days of being placed.

Order cut-off time

Our daily cut-off is 20:00 (UK time), Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after that move into the next business day's run.

Tracking and updates

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it the rest of the way. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan. Deliveries can occasionally run behind schedule during busy periods or due to weather, and if that affects your order we will let you know rather than leave you guessing.
