These Terms govern access to and use of this website, operated by Novaro, registered under company number 92668550, with its registered office at Dorine Verschureplein 6a, 6181 AS Elsloo, the Netherlands. They also apply to the products and services offered through the site. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

You can look around without making an account. To place an order or use certain features, you must accept these Terms. Oviin offers thoughtfully chosen items for the kitchen, the home, the garden, children's rooms, pets, and storage. These Terms set out the rights and obligations between Novaro and its customers. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.

The company behind this store is Novaro. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Novaro, trading as Oviin. Any future features or services added to the site will also fall under these Terms, and the current version is always available on this page. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the technical infrastructure behind it.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm you have full legal capacity under the laws of your country of residence, or parental consent where required. Unlawful use of the site, including breaching copyright law, is prohibited. Introducing viruses or malicious code is not permitted. A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Content you submit, payment information aside, may be transmitted unencrypted across various networks and adapted to technical requirements; payment information is always encrypted. You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell or exploit any part of the service without our written permission. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 - CONTENT ACCURACY AND TIMELINESS

We make no guarantee that information on this site is accurate, complete or current. Material is provided for general information only and should not be the sole basis for a decision without consulting a more complete or more timely source. Some material may be historical by nature and is kept for reference rather than because it is current. We may update or change the content of this site at any time without notice, but we are under no obligation to do so, and monitoring those changes is your responsibility.

SECTION 4 - CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Prices may change at any time without notice. We may modify or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at our discretion, and we are not liable to you or to any third party for any resulting price change, suspension or interruption. Where a price was listed in error and your order has not yet shipped, we will contact you before proceeding and give you the choice between confirming the corrected price or cancelling the order for a full refund. We will never quietly charge you more than the amount shown at checkout.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

Certain products may only be available online and in limited quantities, and stock is not reserved until an order is completed. We aim to display colours, textures and finishes as accurately as possible, though the way a screen is calibrated means small variations between what you see and what arrives are normal and are not in themselves a defect. Descriptions, dimensions and specifications may be updated at any time as suppliers revise their products. We may limit sales to a person, household, region or jurisdiction, and we do not warrant that a product will meet every personal expectation, though our Refund Policy applies in full where it falls short.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These limits may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment method, or the same billing or shipping address. Where we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email address, billing address or phone number given at the time of purchase. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account and billing information, and to keep it up to date so we can complete your order and reach you if something needs clarifying. We may give you access to third-party tools we do not monitor or control, provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Your use of any such tool is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the relevant provider's own terms first.

Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the order in question.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Novaro, together with its affiliates, subsidiaries, staff, agents, directors and partners, against any claim, demand, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party and arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of another party.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect, and the unenforceable part will be applied to the fullest extent the law allows.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

Obligations that arose before termination survive it. You may stop using the site at any time. If you breach these Terms, we may end this agreement without notice, and any amounts already due remain payable.

SECTION 17 - COMPLETE AGREEMENT

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with any referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and us and replace any earlier agreements on the same subject.

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, because that is where the company behind this store is registered. Nothing in this clause takes away the protections you have as a consumer in the United Kingdom, and it does not stop you bringing a claim in the courts of your own country of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. It is your responsibility to check it periodically.

SECTION 20 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of returned items

Items need to be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

No restocking fees

We never charge a restocking fee.

Return shipping

Return shipping is covered by the customer; a trackable service is recommended.

Exchanges are available on request.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, the refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
