Every order shipped within the United Kingdom travels free, with no minimum spend and nothing added at checkout. For the moment we deliver within the UK only.
We process within 1 to 2 business days, and carriers usually need a further 3 to 7. That puts most packages at 4 to 9 business days door to door.
Returns & Refunds
You have 60 days from delivery to send something back. It needs to be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the packaging it arrived in.
We never deduct a restocking fee. Email us with your order number and we will walk you through it. Return shipping is yours to cover, and a tracked service is worth the small extra. Prefer to swap rather than return? Exchanges are available on request.
Once your return arrives and has been checked, your refund is issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Is delivery genuinely free?
It is. Every order heading to a UK address ships at no charge, and there is no minimum order value to unlock it. For the moment we deliver within the United Kingdom only.
When will my package arrive?
We process orders within one to two business days, and carriers typically need a further three to seven. That puts most deliveries between four and nine business days from the day you order. A tracking link follows as soon as your package leaves us.
What if I want to send something back?
You have sixty days from delivery to return an item, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging. We never deduct a restocking fee. Return shipping is yours to cover, and we recommend a tracked service.
How can I pay?
